This is to inform you that we have decided to cancel the annual conference of our Doctor’s Group scheduled on 13th January 2010 due to the heavy snowfall and bad weather condition. As you may be aware that our annual conference always takes place in an open lawn because we include a lot of activities and fun games, so it is impossible to conduct it during this harsh weather condition. When the weather will get better we will surely think of a date and let you know.
