Employment Letter

Employment letter is also called the employment application letter. It is written by the candidate who seeks to acquire a position in the Company. It is always addressed to the HR of the Company who looks after the recruiting procedures.

The employment letters like other business letter have to be written in a very formal language. The qualification, last drawn salary, expected salary, the post for which the candidate is applying; work experience, contact details, and other required information have to be mentioned in the letter.

My shorthand/typing speed is 120/60 w.p.m respectively. I hope the above-mentioned qualifications match with your requirements mentioned in the advertisement.

I am enclosing my resume along with this letter. There you can see the detailed information of my qualification and experience. Your Company is one of the renowned Companies in the country and I eagerly look forward to working in your Company. I assure you that if selected I will soon prove myself to be a valuable resource to your Company.
